mr8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mr8 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third-party proxies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts identified by mr8 will be closed, and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly in the event of any change. mr8 is not liable for any loss, delayed withdrawal, or service interruption arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. In particular, the name registered on your mr8 account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mr8 account credentials, including your username and password. mr8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials. You must notify mr8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
mr8 operates KYC procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time that mr8 considers verification necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal holds until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.
mr8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except USDT deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
Electronic wallet deposits (Touch n Go, Boost) are credited to your mr8 MYR wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–15 minutes under normal processing conditions. mr8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank outages, or network issues outside mr8's control.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification completion. mr8 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and 1–3 business days for FPX bank transfers, but does not guarantee these timelines. mr8 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals may not be initiated until any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance have been fulfilled.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mr8 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services, even if mr8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mr8's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their mr8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mr8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by mr8's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
Your use of the mr8 platform is subject to the mr8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how mr8 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data, and your rights in relation to that data. By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.
mr8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mr8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mr8 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through mr8's internal dispute resolution process by contacting mr8 support. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence mr8 operates, whose decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this clause shall prevent mr8 from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief in any competent court.
